We live our life at a very emotional level. And I see inside the Internet a way that people create almost an emotional vibration around themselves. It makes them a three dimensional person. It makes them real. It makes them more authentic. It makes you want to like them, makes you want to help them, contribute to their life. And I started to think, I wonder in which way people could join social networks and understand what emotional vibration they're creating around them, rather than just what is their business skill or what is the service they're providing. What is the emotion of that? So looking through the client to the client's success, what is it that you are actually achieving through what you're delivering to the client that's actually creating an emotional changing in that client's life. And rather than communication the facts and figures and the features and the benefits of your product, what is the emotion that you feel around it? Because often when you're in business, and you're not always achieving those huge financial sales that you're wanting, sometimes it can be the emotion of what you're doing for others that makes you feel successful and gives you your self-esteem. And if you purely focus on the money, the financial aspects, some days can be tough. But if you realize that your business lives on in people, because you've left an emotional footprint with them, and you've had some emotional effect on their lives, that can drive you forward. It's that emotion that creates the advocates inside social networks. It's the emotion that makes people want to get to know you and talk about you. And that's the most valuable thing you can create on the Internet; who's talking about you when you're not in the room.
